Premium License

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Our premium licenses (leases) are sold non-exclusively and all masters remain the property of ESP by SNJ.
Purchasing a premium license gains the buyer non-exclusive rights and ESP by SNJ retains the right to re-license or re-sell the same beat exclusively.
As the purchaser you will receive a high quality, untagged master 44.1 KHz 16 Bit WAV file via a download link.
With a Premium license the buyer can use the beat for up to TWO commercial projects with up to 50,000 copies sold.
The purchaser must either purchase an unlimited license or buy exclusive rights to sell more than 50,000 copies or to use a downloaded beat for more than two projects.
Using any ESP by SNJ beat without giving proper production credit is NOT permitted.
Resale or any other distribution of ESP by SNJ products in any form, is strictly prohibited.
The purchaser SHALL NOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, or rearrange any of the products sold or their rights under ESP by SNJ to another user (i.e. – record label, production company, or producer), or for use in any competitive product.
The purchaser is responsible for any samples created from the beat downloaded and must obtain a license for any approved samples from ESP by SNJ.
This document serves as the standing agreement between the buyer and ESP by SNJ.
If someone else purchases the exclusive rights to the beat you have licensed non-exclusively, your rights shall stand per this agreement.
The unlicensed use of any ESP by SNJ beat is strictly prohibited. Any and all violators will be prosecuted.
